Who are the wealthy except the few wanting and needing nothing except the joy of trying to be good in the world?

 The 7-year-old brought me to tears, james, I think you're a disciple of jesus. This niece, along with her aunt, and ... my host couple's son, about the same age, came out to say hello. I was working on the vehicle. 

There was an almost never seen innocence, wonder, and awe, on the faces of the two children, and the wife of this young man that has been so good to me. Wonder and awe are the Hallmark of the still-alive soul. In all four I experience an almost never encountered presence of the divine.

Young lady, I replied, I hope you're right, and you know why I hope you're right? Because I want the joy of that, it's all I want to be. Jesus said, I tell you these words so that my joy might be fulfilled in you. And I said, Young lady, that's what I find, the more I study his teachings and try and live the way he did, the more joy I have.

How wonderful God is if God set in motion a process that spun out miracles like this. How incredibly tedious, what a horrible neurotic time waster, if instead God manages every detail. I mean, how does God decide moment to moment how many grains of sand there are to be on a particular beach? Could God really be so trite?

 

The constructs god, soul, spirit, good, evil... Are nothing more or less than tools we can use to feed our good potential and starve our evil. Ways of personifying, making more concrete, and thereby empowering our good potentialities. For the joy of it. There are few enviable people throughout history that have not used these tools with all their might. And of course those with evil inclinations use those constructs to empower and weaponize their evil proclivities.

Jesus said, my food is to do the will of he who sent me. Mine too, for the joy of it.

 

Angels don't start in heaven, that makes no sense. Individuals first are angels on Earth and then they move into heaven, here, and maybe later there. For the joy of it.

The haters haven't been shown sufficient faith in the Divine joy of loving.

 

Those that do not choose the life of Kingdom citizen in this world, why do they think they would be welcomed in some world after this one?
